L32E CompactLogix communication with Barcode Scanner.

I want to communicate 3  DATALOGIC GRYPHON GD4400  2D RS232 CABLE ,power adaptor   Barcode Scanner to AB PLC L32E compact logix.

My scanner output is Serial and I am converting that input into Ethernet data pack.Using moxa serial to Ethernet converter. 

I am having flowing query :

Is this possible as Moxa converter supports Normal Ethernet and AB works on Ethernet/IP?

if yes then how to do this application ?

any electronic device file required ?
