We had to power down the system for a substation PM. After powering back up the ASI system is showing numerous faults, pointing to the configuration files. Not being involved with the initial programming of the system I am at a loss of how to identify issues withing the specified files. The original vendor of the system is no longer available for support.
Several modules (good and bad modules are interspersed on the string) indicate failure (red led). Verified that 30vds power supply is ok, swapped known good module with suspected bad module, correcting addresses. No help, the same address is showing a fault, the suspect module came up just fine with a green led indication.
Downloading the original .rss file to the PLC did not help.
Any help is sincerely appreciated.
