Sorry if this have been asked, I'm new to the forum and is seeking for some help on this. As this is my 1st time using this HMI please guide me in the right way if I might have did something wrong thanks!!!
We recently got a PanelView 5310 (2713P-T10CD1) paired to work with a CompactLogix 5069-L320ER PLC.
Since this is a new out-of-box HMI, we setup the screen on static IP of 192.168.1.200/24, then we updated the firmware to revision 7.002 as per user manual instructions.
The firmware update was successful without error. We then try to upload our HMI project (.vpd) via Ethernet but failed.
NOTE: Firmware upgrade was successful and we were able to ping to it, indicating there should be comms between the PC and HMI.
Steps taken:
1) We save the project as (.vpdr) and was successful transferring the project via USB drive to the HMI.
2) We then try to upload (to a blank project) from (HMI --> PC) again (Since the HMI now contain the project file) via Ethernet cable but was unsuccessful.
Action taken:
Replaced Ethernet Cable (Did not work)
Tried to connect via USB A but seems like I can't even browse it.
Make sure that "Allow Downloads and Firmware Update" is ticked.
