Could use some major help controlling a Kinetix5100 from Studio 5000, My drive constantly faults.
I was able to run some Jog and Stop functions, but now my Motion Axis On (MSO) block is constantly in Error 100 ( Drive Not Ready) and my Motion Axis Jog (MAJ) in Error 105 (Drive is not Active). My drive is Running in my IO tree and if I connect to the drive it has no Errors. I do not have Motion support with Rockwell so they will not help much, the agent quickly did say that it could be because the rac_Dvc_5100 is not active, and I do find this. He stated that with the Motion Axis On, it should be active. The odd time the MSO block is not in error, I get all the green lights I should be getting on the rac_Dvc_5100 besides the Sts_Active (my Sts_Ready, Sts_Connected are good and my Sts_Fault, and Sts_Warning are not lit).
I ensured that I am using the correct Motion blocks (rac_Opr_5100_xxx), firmwares are good between the 5100 and Studio 5000. I ensured that there are not multiple blocks running at the same time (not getting Error 127). I feel like I've tried just about everything but cannot get the drive out of Error.
