Currently I am trouble shooting 2 different evaporator control stations at a food plant. We recently changed from Schneider ATV312HU40N4 drives to Allen Bradley 525’s. One evaporator controls four motors the other controls six motors. The motors each have individual GV2’s but share the same ground in the conduit. When I start the motors the non problematic ones start just fine, once I start the problematic one it doesn’t trip the gv2 I get a fault first of F13 (ground fault) and then F33. I have megged all the motors and did resistance readings and they all originally passed those tests. I megged all of the wires separately all through the conduit and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary for those. We decided to just change those problematic motors and they are now functioning correctly but now different motors are causing the same fault codes. We did the VFD swap over on three total evaporators and haven’t had any issues with the third. Looking for any ideas or comments. Thank you
