Hi,
I'm looking for a bit of help on using Studio 5000 as I am unfammiliar with this package.
I'm are currently loading up the software on to our maintenance laptop which included Studio 5000.
The software doesn’t seem to recognise the legacy hardware on one of our machines and wants to flash it to v31(which is the latest version installed).
We have a back up of the original code and it is an ACD file which says it want’s to open in Control Logix 21.03.
We don’t seem to have that firmware revision listed on the install options with our Studio 5000 disc.
Is this because it is no longer supported by Rockwell?
Any assistance would be most appreciated!
